1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to FirstDream. By accessing or using our platform, mobile application, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Platform Services & Zero-Brokerage Policy
FirstDream is an online platform facilitating direct interaction between property buyers, renters, owners, and developers. We operate on a strict Zero Brokerage policy:
- We do not charge brokerage commissions, service fees, or percentage margins on transactions closed through direct contact on the site.
- Users are responsible for verifying listing claims, conducting site visits, and executing appropriate agreements independently.
3. User Listings & Account Verification
To post property listings or access premium features, users must complete verification steps. You agree that:
- All listing descriptions, pictures, prices, and locations provided must be accurate, up to date, and verified.
- Owners/Developers must input matching registration numbers (such as valid RERA IDs) where legally required.
- FirstDream reserves the right to review, suspend, or delete any listing that violates local regulations or listing formatting standards.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
For any paid advertising, placement, or feature upgrades purchased on the platform:
- Cancellations of advertisement packages can be requested within 24 hours of payment.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment source and may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect depending on the gateway handler.
- No refunds will be issued for packages that have been fully consumed or when a listing is flagged and suspended due to violation of platform listing standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
FirstDream provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the structural condition, legal status, or occupancy permits of properties listed. We shall not be held liable for any damages, transaction disputes, or financial losses resulting from transactions conducted between users of this platform.
