FirstDream does not sell, trade, or rent user identity records to commercial marketing brokers. Sharing is restricted to:
- Direct inquiries where a seeker clicks to contact an owner/developer, revealing phone numbers to complete negotiations.
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies where mandated by code compliance, particularly real estate registration compliance.

We deploy strict security measures, including socket layer encryption (SSL) and secure database access controls, to safeguard records. Please remember that no transmission channel over the web is completely invulnerable, and users should keep their access credentials secure.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request access to, edit, or delete your account records at any time. To purge your listing databases or remove verified phone links from our records, please file a request through our Support ticket panel or email support@firstdream.com.
